Pricing FAQ
Why not a subscription like LawDepot or eForms?
Because most small landlords sign a lease a couple of times a year. A $49/month plan that silently renews is designed to leak money from you. We charge once per document and never store a card for "upcoming charges".
What is the launch price?
The first 100 customers pay $12 per lease instead of $19 — locked to their account for re-downloads and re-edits for life. After that the regular price is $19, which is still less than half of one document at the "free trial" sites.
When do I pay?
Only at the download step, after you have previewed the complete document. Building, editing and previewing are free and unlimited.
What if I spot a typo after paying?
Re-edit and regenerate as many times as you like for 30 days after purchase — free. No "buy it again" nonsense.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — drafted in our Terms. If a technical problem on our side stops you from completing your document, we make it right or refund you. Tell us within 14 days.
Do prices include e-signing?
Yes. Every paid document includes ESIGN/UETA-compliant e-signing for both parties, an audit trail, and unlimited re-downloads of the signed PDF.
